Care & Maintenance
Keeping Your Featherbeams Looking Great
Approved Cleaning
Light detergent and water only. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. No heavy chemical cleaner, especially mineral spirit, turpentine, or any kind of solvent.
Avoid Solvents
No mineral spirits, turpentine, or chemical cleaners. These will damage the finish. Owner is responsible for testing chemical compatibility.
Indoor Use Only
Featherbeams are designed for indoor environments with controlled temperature. This warranty condition is essential to the foam PVC.
Avoid Direct Heat & Sunlight
Direct heat or heavy exposure to sunlight could affect the PVC and distort the shape of the Featherbeams. No warranty on distortion from heat.

Featherbeams are a nonstructural decorative element. Featherbeams should not be used as support.
This limited warranty by Featherbeams LLC applies only to and may be enforced only by the original purchaser (the "Owner"). This warranty does not cover the installation of Featherbeams by anyone other than Featherbeams installers.
Cleaning and Maintenance
When Featherbeams are shipped with finishes, only light detergent and water can be used for cleaning. NO heavy chemical cleaner, especially mineral spirit, turpentine, or any kind of solvent, should be used on the Featherbeams. Featherbeams are not warranted against color changes due to exposure to sunlight, artificial ultraviolet light sources, smoke, fumes, or any chemicals. Responsibility remains with the Owner to test for and determine chemical compatibility with any proposed application.
This limited warranty shall be valid only if the Featherbeams are used indoors and not exposed to sunlight or heat sources. The temperature control condition is essential to the foam PVC, and direct heat or heavy exposure to sunlight could affect the PVC and distort the shape of the Featherbeams. Since conditions and placement of the Featherbeam are beyond the manufacturer's control, there is no limited warranty on distortion or failure of the beams.
The manner in which Featherbeams are used, the purpose to which they are put, any technical assistance and information provided by third parties are beyond the control of Featherbeams LLC. The owner is responsible for determining whether they are suitable for the owner's intended uses. Unless Featherbeams LLC otherwise agrees in writing, all information and technical assistance is without warranty. This limited warranty is subject to change without notice. Except for Featherbeams's express written warranty, owner assumes, and hereby expressly releases Featherbeams from all liability, in tort, contract, or otherwise, incurred in connection with the use of Featherbeams products.
This limited warranty only applies to products sold and used in the United States and Canada. This limited warranty shall be Featherbeams' sole warranty applicable to the product. Any other claims for damage or loss, direct, indirect, or consequential, whatever the cause thereof, are expressly excluded from this limited warranty.
